Dont Wait until you are perfect!

How often do we pass up opportunities because we think we are not good enough or just not quite ready?

The thing is, if we wait until we think we are ready, we will be too late and will have missed the moment.  

Have faith in your self and your abilities, step outside your comfort zone and go for it.  You will learn and grow from the experience.   Besides, who knows where it might lead you!!

Don’t wait until you are “perfect” to put yourself out there!

“Time is never wasted when it is spent on YOU!”

I recently put this quote to the test by flying to Sydney for a Conference with a Girlfriend. 

We had a great time together.  There were some deep conversations, some silly moments full of laughter, some fun exploring Sydney together and also the ground breaking achievement of being able to check in online and print our boarding passes on our own – now that’s a good feeling!! 

 Even though we stayed awake until very late each night talking, I came home full of energy.  I had a spring in my step, a smile on my face as I thought about all things we had laughed about together and a fresh perspective on my life.

My conclusion?

 

Yes. It’s TRUE!  :)
