“I was slowly losing my spark and starting to feel lost.”

When I first met Bron 10 months ago I had no idea what life coaching was. I had no idea what Bron could do for me. At that time I was quite content with life in general, but I was slowly losing my spark and was starting to feel a bit lost. After finding out what InspiredtoB does I instantly signed up for a session to see how it could benefit me. Bron and I had a great first meeting where she showed me what areas in my life I could improve. The whole process was very visual and I understood what was missing in my life. My goals and direction were very abstract and Bron helped me make them concrete and achievable.

During these past 10 months Bron has kept me focused on my goals and given me a lot of support. She has helped me see beyond what I thought was possible as well as constantly keep me away from distractions. And also, thanks to her I have lost 10 kilos!

Seeing Bron has helped me find my own direction and pace. She is such a great listener and analyses what I say and comes up with crystal clear ways of turning things around. I still see Bron and love going to her beautiful office for some awesome brain re-wiring sessions!

Choices, Choices, Choices

Below is an extract from an excellent article by the great Jim Rohn challenging us to make the choice to be all that we can BE!

"Each of us has two distinct choices to make about what we will do with our lives. The first choice we can make is to be less than we have the capacity to be. To earn less. To have less. To read less and think less. To try less and discipline ourselves less.

These are the choices that lead to an empty life. These are the choices that, once made, lead to a life of constant apprehension instead of a life of wondrous anticipation.

And the second choice? To do it all! To become all that we can possibly be. To read every book that we possibly can. To earn as much as we possibly can. To give and share as much as we possibly can. To strive and produce and accomplish as much as we possibly can. All of us have the choice.

To do or not to do. To be or not to be. To be all or to be less or to be nothing at all." Jim Rohn

What type of thoughts are running through your mind?  Are they positive or negative?

Your thoughts have a BIG impact on both  how you feel and act.

Do you ever find yourself thinking "I could never do that" or "I wont get the job so  there's no point applying"?

The problem is "what you think about you bring about" J. Rohn, so you need to  stop those toxic thoughts.

Change your way of thinking and watch as great things start to happen!  Start believing that you are an amazing one of a king, gorgeous, intelligent, fun person who can DO and BE anything you want!

The Two Choices We Face

Below is an exert from an excellent article written by the late Jim Rohn.  I found it very encouraging so thought I would share it with you! :)

What does your workspace say about you?

A cluttered desk is distracting, demoralizing and encourages procrastination.

Instead of putting up with the daily frustration of a messy work area take action and find 15 minutes to clear your desk completely.

Wipe it down and only replace things that you use every day and one beautiful or personal object that will inspire you.

Everything else can go in a file, on a shelf, in a drawer or in the bin.

At the end of every day, clear down your desk, push in your chair and …..step away!!

Variety is the Spice of Life

Ladies, variety is the spice of life (and I’m not talking about men J)  I'm talking about exercise!

Without variation, our body gets used to the same old fitness training and our brain and metabolism switches off.

We quickly lose both interest and motivation and don't get as much value from our workout.

So be creative!

Try something new, challenge different muscle groups, get your heart rate up and get some GREAT results!

Laughter is an Instant Vacation

It’s true!

A good laugh instantly transports you away from all the cares and worries of the moment and takes you to a wonderful place of fun and happiness.

So when was the last time you had a really good laugh?

I bet it wasn’t when you were on your own.

Research has shown that for women, spending quality time with a girlfriend is just as important to our general health as exercise.

Its always good to have an inspiring discussion and a great laugh with a close friend. So ladies, grab your purse and sprint to your nearest cafĂ© with a Gal Pal in hand (but no gossip thanks J

Space to Enjoy Life

Now is a great time to declutter your home and life so that you have “space” to enjoy life.

Leap into action and attack the area that frustrates you the most.

Fling open the windows, get some fresh air in and stay determined.

There is no need to throw everything out, you can sell items online, give them to a charity or pack into boxes for later review.

Get going and get free Baby!!
