Have a List, Use the List, Love the List


It is easy to feel overwhelmed by the amount of things you have to do.  Just trying to remember everything  is exhausting. 

Do yourself a favour, stop feeling stressed and start that To Do list.

It can be as simple as a notepad kept on your desk or kitchen bench or if you are a little more “techno” use notes on your iphone. Whatever you decide to use stick to it and jot down things as you remember them then prioritize your tasks and decide what you will do first. 

It is such a good feeling crossing tasks off or deleting them from your list as you complete them.

Bron’s Tip:  Take five minutes at the end of each day to revise your list and plan tomorrow’s tasks.
