Take Two Minutes


For many of us finding the best way of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is challenging.

The important thing is not to give up!

Being aware of what you are eating, when you are eating and why you are eating helps you make good food choices.

Take two minutes to stop and ask yourself these questions next time you are heading to the fridge looking for a snack!
