How to Start your Day with energy and Purpose

Although not many of us could say we are like this every day (expecially on a cold winters morning) it is important to find energy and purpose for our days.

Having a plan and achievable goals gives us the drive to get going in the mornings.

Keeping on Top of your Fitness



I know its hard to keep on top of your fitness but it really is worth the effort.  

Being fit will give you energy, mental focus, emotional strength, and a sense of purpose.  

Regardless of how busy, injured, overweight or old you are investing time, effort and $$’s to increase your fitness will always be worth it.

People make time for what is important in their life, so what is it going to be for you?

What would have to happen to make this year successful?




We are now half way through 2013 so it is a good time to stop and ask yourself the question “What would have to happen to make this year successful?”

·      What was the first thing that came to mind? 

·      Write it down and decide how you are going to achieve it. 

It could be an elaborate list or something as simple as “I will be five minutes early to wherever I go”.

Whatever your goal is, keep it in a place you will read it constantly.

Setting goals will transform you year from an ordinary to extraordinary so B inspired to B extraordinary!
