Ladies, variety is the spice of life (and
I’m not talking about men J) I'm talking about exercise!
Without variation, our body gets used to
the same old fitness training and our brain and metabolism switches off.
We quickly lose both
interest and motivation and don't get as much value from our workout.
So be creative!
Try something new, challenge different muscle
groups, get your heart rate up and get some GREAT results!
