Having Birthdays can cause some people to tremble in fear, fall into the depths of depression or become wildly excited (it really depends on how old you're turning doesn't it?).
This birthday has got me thinking that it doesn't have to be a time of wistfulness for your youth or feeling a bit low.
There is a quote that says "Do not regret growing old, it is a privilege denied to many" and it seems that my family and friends conspired to get me fabulous cards to inspire this idea. Here is the first card in my collection:
This was a great encouragement to:
a) Look glamorous at all times (especially when driving)
b) Start looking for an old classic red MG sports car
c) Not worry or be discouraged about a few "bumps" or "curves" in the road, just enjoy and appreciate each and every day with all that it brings!
So go on, "Enjoy the Ride!"
